Class IntraClusterDistance
java.lang.Object
net.sourceforge.cilib.functions.Function
net.sourceforge.cilib.functions.ContinuousFunction
net.sourceforge.cilib.functions.clustering.ClusteringFitnessFunction
net.sourceforge.cilib.functions.clustering.IntraClusterDistance
- All Implemented Interfaces:
- Serializable, Cloneable
public class IntraClusterDistance
- extends ClusteringFitnessFunction
This clustering fitness function will probably never be used to train on directly. The
main reason why it has been implemented is to be able to take measurements of the
intra-cluster distance via the GenericFunctionMeasurement class.
NOTE: By default, the cluster center refers to the cluster centroid. See ClusterCenterStrategy
.

IntraClusterDistance
public IntraClusterDistance()
calculateFitness
public double calculateFitness()
- Specified by:
calculateFitness
in class ClusteringFitnessFunction
getClone
public IntraClusterDistance getClone()
- Create a cloned copy of the current object and return it. In general
the created copy will be a deep copy of the provided instance. As
a result this operation an be quite expensive if used incorrectly.
- Specified by:
getClone
in interface Cloneable
- Specified by:
getClone
in class ClusteringFitnessFunction
- Returns:
- An exact clone of the current object instance.
